Each registered account operates in an entirely isolated workspace. Projects, tasks, team records, and calendars are accessible only by the account owner and explicitly invited collaborators.
Do team members need to register or log in to the application?
No. Team members are manager-owned records maintained directly within your workspace. They do not need their own logins or passwords to be assigned tasks and scheduled.
How do email verification and password recovery work?
Registration and password resets rely on secure 6-digit one-time passcodes (OTP) delivered via email (SMTP), ensuring reliable identity verification without exposing account existence.
How do project invitations and task sharing work?
You can issue project invitations with granular permission levels (view or edit specific/all tasks), as well as generate secure, read-only preview links for individual tasks to share with external stakeholders.
